Good leadership is a crucial part of a healthy and happy work atmosphere. KivaQ Leadership (former Metal Age Leadership) is a method created for developing leadership. The method does not prioritize different development areas, it focuses directly on developing the near leadership and self-leadership of the team.

KivaQ Leadership is suitable for working teams which know that developing leadership is exactly what they need in order to develop the wellbeing at their workplace. The workshop can be used separately, but it is also an excellent complement to a KivaQ Total workshop. This is applicable when leadership falls in the shade of the other development areas and the work community does not dare to put its finger on leadership when the immediate superior is present.

KivaQ Leadership requires that the immediate superior has healthy self-esteem and courage and a genuine wish to become a better leader.
