KivaQ holds workplace wellbeing lectures and seminars according to the needs and wishes of the customers. KivaQ’s founder Ove Näsman, medical doctor and specialist in occupational health, is a highly esteemed lecturer both in Finland and internationally. He has been working with workplace health and wellbeing issues for many decades. Näsman has developed both the KivaQ workplace wellbeing questionnaire and the KivaQ workplace wellbeing developing workshops.  Below you can find some of the topics of our lectures.

This workplace wellbeing lecture inspires the superiors, together with their whole team,  to courageously develop both their own near leadership and the team members’ self-leadership.

The engaging and participatory KivaQ method includes both the KivaQ workplace wellbeing questionnaire and the KivaQ developing workshop. Case examples. As documentation the guide ”Metal Age and Kiva-questionnaire” (34 pages, 25€/pc) if needed.

1100 €/lecture (includes travel expenses).
1500 €/2 lectures (includes travel expenses; presupposed that the lectures are held after each other with the exception of possible coffee or lunch breaks).
In Finland VAT 24% is added to the price.
